Green & Smart was born as a concrete response to the social and environmental challenges of the Gjakovë region. In line with Article 6 of the Law on Social Enterprises, we help vulnerable groups return to active economic life through skills training and work, and our revenue is used to expand our social and environmental impact.

Which materials do you collect for recycling?
Paper, plastic and metals, collected separately from businesses, institutions and families, then sorted and processed so they can become usable raw material again.

Yes. We provide regular hygienic maintenance of entrances and common areas in collective buildings. This does not include the legal administration of the building.

What does Category B social enterprise mean?
Green & Smart is licensed and accredited as a Category B social enterprise under Kosovo's Law No. 06/L-022 on Social Enterprises. Our economic activities are directly linked to our social and environmental mission, including the integration of vulnerable groups into the labour market (Article 6).
